For the courtesy of every client, please respect all guests' rights to a tranquil experience. We request all electronic devices to be on silent upon entering the spa. To maintain the spa's ambiance, our facilities are reserved for clients only, children receiving services are welcome. Our spa is co-ed, if you are uncomfortable with the arrangement, please let us know at the time you make your appointment; we will do our best to accommodate to your request. In keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments. If assistance is needed, please ask a spa employee.

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible.
A credit card or gift certificate information is required at the time of booking to guarantee you reservation, and will ensure us that you are serious about your appointment.

For group booking of parties of three or more, a deposit is required to secure the appointments. If you are scheduling and appointment for another person, then you are liable for the cancellation and no show policies on all services being scheduled.

As courtesy, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service cancellation and 48 hours notice for multiple services, and 72 hours for parties of 2 or more, spa packages or initial eye lash extensions cancelled. Special requirements may apply for group bookings. Late cancellations will be charged $25 for each scheduled service. Service(s) made on the same day are designated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled without a charge for the full value of the scheduled service(s).

Scheduling and timely rendering of our services is an essential part of our clients’ satisfaction. Thus, no shows will be charged in full for all scheduled services. Gift certificates and prepaid services may be forfeited if not in compliance with the no show policy.

Spa gift certificates are available for purchase at our physical location or through phone or email and mailed out to recipient. Minimum purchase value through phone or email is $50, there is no minimum purchase value if gift certificate is purchased at our physical facility.

We are unable to process any return or reimburse any payment transactions on gift card/certificates even if lost, misplace, or stolen. Gift certificate cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift certificate must be mentioned when scheduling an appointment.
Spa gift certificate expires 365 days from the date of purchase. Expired spa gift certificate will no longer be in our system, thus will not be redeemable.

Spa Packages services cannot be exchanged. Therefore, if there are services that you do not desire, it will be forfeited. Services in packages are for one person and cannot be split among a group.

Special promotions and discounts do not apply to spa packages and gift certificates, unless specified.

It is Texas Law that every person is required to have their own disposable tools, such as nail files and buffers. The law prohibits the storage of used disposable tools in our facility.

Our spa will have a new set for each person receiving nail care treatment for a small addition fee. If you have your own tools, you are welcome to bring them at the time of your appointment. If our staff member is unable to use your tools, you are required to purchase a new set from our spa.

Trangquil Spa accepts payments through Visa, Master Card, Discover and cash.

Our spa cannot accept Check and American Express, we apologize for any inconvience.

Spa promotions/specials cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or gift certificate.
